ChristianaCare would like to see the mass notification limit of >/= 50 users to be increased so more users can receive a photo.

Increasing the threshold for mass notifications is being explored in our next gen app and ecosystem as there are several server load/speech port usage reasons for the limit today that would need foundational considerations to fully address this.
