Engage Mobile - Link Patient Button

Currently you can link a patient by swiping left on a conversations.  Most of our actions have 2 ways of doing things, either swipe or click on an icon.  
UCLA asked that the ability to add patient context also have a icon to add the patient.
This would be consistent with our other functionality.
