Prioritization of Text Messages in Engage Mobile

There has been a request to be able to add priority to a text message.  Please see an excerpt of the email from the clinician below:
 
In an effort to eliminate the subjective nature of these message interpretations, I would like someone to ask Engage if they can create a message stratification option before each text is initiated. Staff would have to pick (Routine, Urgent or Emergent) before typing the body of the text. The Engage message would then show up in the recipient’s message queue with a visual stratification cue such as green, yellow or red font allowing them to triage multiple messages. The intent behind the sender’s message would immediately be apparent.
