When sending a message via the Paging Template, the header for the text box states "Confirm Paging". Which some users found confusing since they are trying to send a page and not confirm a page. They wish to change it to "Compose Paging".

@Gerard, This title should be a configurable items specified as part of the template. Please reach out to the IE for UCLA to make this change.
