Currently when a template is viewed after clicking/tapping "View" button on the web console or Vina app, it does not mark the template as "read/viewed/received".
If a user who has received the template refreshes the browser on the vina web console or logs out/in of the vina app within the TTL set on the template, the template retriggers a notification and critical alert sound file is replayed.
We would like the template NOT to re-alert since the receiver has already clicked/tapped on "View" notification to have acknowledged received/viewed/read the template.
