Due to enormity of staff in the hospital, clinicians find more value in identifying roles or departments in the caller ID then user names. (ex, a nurse is a rapid response would expect the clinical surveillance nurse to call them back, the nurse does not need to know and will not have memorized the names of all clinical surveillance nurses in the department, he/she would find comfort that a clinical surveillance nurse is displayed instead of Jane Smith calling as the clinical surveillance nurse.)
