Vina does not have a HOLD button option for calls in progress.
This is a call function that is frequently used by all Clinicians.
Request for a Hold Button option. Or, if it's easier, change the Transfer button UI to Transfer/Hold, as the Transfer functionality seems to also double as a Hold feature, but is not an intuitive option for users.
Nurses want to ensure there is no 'silent' air during call transfers or 'mute'. Hold option would continually play some tone or announcement while recipient and clarify to new users that transfer may be used as a hold option.
