integration with 'Permission only voice groups'
Today, the engage VMP adapter is unable to send messages to voice groups that are 'permission only'. This is because a DL does not get created in VMP, therefore resulting in an Error when Engage tries to send a message/alert to one of these groups "UNKNOWN_DIST_LIST".
Engage should have the ability to send alerts to these types of groups for system integrations while maintaining the main function of 'permission only' groups (removing them from VS grammars).
