Must improve core product integration with extended product line
As Vocera's product lineup has grown beyond the basic Voice services - ie Messaging Platform, Collaboration Suite, Report Server, Staff Assignment, etc
There is a very strong need for better internal product interoperability.
- having user accounts with three (3) different sources - Voice Admin Console, User Console, and VMP
- Report server doesn't update deleted users and remove them as report receipients. We have to manually do this otherwise the report breaks and will not send.
- Lack of license usage reporting in VMP.
- Need to include the ability to export call flows by department instead of having to export entire site.
