One of the troubleshooting items our security guards perform if a violent incident occurs and the staff member states "the panic feature didn't work" we ask the guards to test the badge and also upload the badge logs so an ivestigation can happen. Since the hospital is 24/7 and the System Admin is here during business hours, it would be great that the vocera system would email the sys admin that there have been badge logs uploaded. This way troublshooting can start earlier rather than later.
