The Vocera Minute Videos are great. It would be great to have a video on how to place a battery in the chargers and how the chargers work. e.g colors of the lights what they mean. Make sure charger is plugged in properly. Ensure when users are placing a battery in the charger they hold it on its sides rather than the clip (less wear and tear on the clips that way, since they get a work out attaching to and from the badge).
