VMI message queue Merged

There are 3 levels of VMI messages delivered to a badge. Urgent VMI messages will always take precedence for announcement, and rightly so, however all VMI message levels - normal, high and urgent - all override each other.

In units where many VMI alerts are received, ie ORs calling out to PAR re patients headed their way, Housekeeping getting bed turnover messages, etc, the enunciation of messages gets cut off by the next message being received. This leads to many unnecessary call backs to the originating unit to find out all the details, or a physical scroll thru the badge messages to see what the alert was. It is both time consuming and awkward to do either.

Most of our VMI alerts are requested to be enunciated, so we need a way for Vocera to queue messages and play them in the order they were received, unless of course it is an urgent message, which can be bumped to the top, then the others play afterwards.

It would be so much more useful and less frustrating to have all enunciated alerts complete their enunciation before the next one plays.
