We can currently check "Hide Forwarded Number" on a per user bases, I would like to be able to set this globally and apply to all users.

"Hide Forwarded Number" is available to set across all users via Defaults->Miscellaneous in the Admin Console. If the setting is enabled here it will be on for all new users, and if override is set to true the setting will be turned on for all new and existing users.
Additional notes: As the Admin, I don’t mind setting it when I add users. My real “ask” is 1) for the field to be available to set regardless of current forwarding status, and 2) upload/updatable via User Maintenance. It doesn’t make sense that I have to be forwarding to make it available, but it retains the setting even if I stop forwarding so it is still set when I again choose to forward.
