Shorten/abridge Genie responses that redudantly use recorded name

There are several instances that the Genies responds using the callee's recorded name after having just used the callee's recorded name. 
With the understanding that the recorded name prompting in many cases is the validation that the intended person is being contacted, our staff feel the overall user experience would be improved if these interactions could be updated to shorten the overall length - or a method was available that allowed a selection of abridged prompts.
In some of the cases where the recorded name is unusually long (even though properly recorded) these interactions lasted seconds longer than experience staff preffered.

Example A) "Finding [Recorded Name] - I'm sorry [Recorded Name] is {unavailable/not logged in/not accepting calls} -
--- It was requested that when users are not logged in, that "Finding" prompt be eliminated.

Example B) "I believe you are trying / Did you mean [Recorded Name] - Finding [Recorded Name] - I'm sorry, [Recorded Name]...
