Transfer call to My cell/home/desk" phone."

Currently there is not an easy way for users to forward a call to their own mobile, home or desk phone (if configured in their profile).  If they want to do this they have to either have an ABE set up with the desired number in it, or “Dial and outside number”.

Suggest introducing a command to transfer a call to a user's own cell/home/desk phone.
