Record and forward broadcasts via e-mail

Record broadcast messages (thorugh a default listener on the Server) which would then forward that recording via e-mail to subscribed users. Currently, there are no audio recordings of any broadcasts or Vocera conversations. Only utterances to the genie can be recorded.

Is there a use-case for customer to know what was broadcasted during the day? Let's say there was urgent code broadcast. Would an adminstrator want to know about that, when it was issued, and what was in the contained broadcasts? Of course this could apply to non-urgent broadcasts and to panic broadcasts as well.
