Busy vs. Available Option
Users would like the action of Busy to deny calls, alerts, and alarms. Escalation path for alerts and alarms should bypass users care role if they are in a busy status.

Search On-Call
Currently search is limited to only searching by contact names. Having the ability to search for on-calls instead of scrolling through the departments then looking for the on-call would make it much faster for staff to find an on-call

RTLS Alerts
Have a BLE connection to MIST APs. Alerts could be sent based off of location (ex. Patient falling. Send alert to closest staff). Also turn on and off nurse call alerts based off of BLE (send message back to middleware which sends to Rauland).
