It would be nice to be able to add all your new employees but keep them at an inactive status until the attend training. I find that I will enter all the employees names the day before they are scheduled for training but if they do not show up for training I have to go in and delete that user and enter them back in when they reschedule for the next training.

Platform 6 has the ability to mark a user as active or inactive. Inactive users are prevented from logging in.
