One feedback that I get from a lot of the depts is when they send out an alert from the web console, instead of looking at the web console screen to see if their alert was received (opened or responded to), that they get a pop up notification. Similar to when you receive a new email. In most cases for the office staff, they have multiple applications opened on their computers. Would be nice to send the alert from Vocera, and going back to continue working from whatever application they have opened on their computers.Rather than flipping back and fourth between what they are working on and the On-call paging system.
