We had an instance where something went wrong with the server of our vendor who provides the staff assignments. This caused a mass removal of assignments in Engage. Because of this, users began to miss alerts that are based on assignments. It took a moment for users to notice this and report it. If there were a way to send an email notification when the system sees a mass amount of assignments get unassigned but not reassigned, that would be great.
