Include External ID in Contact CSV Export file

I'm attempting to make some updates to our contact list but the download of master file does not include the external ID, preventing the file from being able to be updated and uploaded.

In Enterprise Manager, I go to Configuration, then Contacts. In the bottom right there is download option to grab the master file to make changes.
