Mark All Messages in Inbox as "Read" at Once

Initially requested from The Christ Hospital, customers should be able to mark all Unread Inbox messages as Read at once. There is currently an option to "Delete All" so it doesn't seem to be much of a patient safety issue for there to be a "Read All" option. End Users should be able to keep the messages during their shift, so they can use the call back feature, but there is an aim to prevent people from deleting messages to stop the constant reminders from the application.

This should be a per-user/client feature and not a system-wide action.
