Change message notification options

You can set Vocera to play a “kerplunk” tone when it receives a nurse call  message, or you can set it to play a “kerplunk tone twice” as the second priority.  The third priority automatically speaks the nurse call message and preempts it with “urgent”. 

 

Having the badge speak the message automatically is preferable to a  lot of users but is a problem because it will interrupt any call they are on as well as say "urgent", which isn't truly the case for a regular message.

 

Some of the users and I think it would be better to make the second priority one that speaks the message automatically ONLY if they aren’t involved in a conversation and doesn’t preempt it with Urgent.  And to take it a step further, have it speak the message after the active Vocera voice call is completed.
