Parameter in Speech reports to show just active users

Customer request from Dal Tambar at Central Manchester Foundation Trust.

At large sites the speech recognition reports can be very long and contain a lot of users who rarely use the product, or access points that are rarely connected to. They bloat the report results and make it harder to analyse.

Can we get a parameter to specify how many calls a user/device/AP must have made before they show up in a speech recognition reports please.

Something like "Only show entries with" <more/less> "than" <value> "attempts".
