Expand Analytics Reporting to Include Callback Features

At SOMC utilizing the callback feature to Nurse Call has provided a great benefit to our staff as well as more timely responses to our patients’ needs. We utilize the VMI export report to review how often the CALLBACK feature is used compared to an ACCEPT or REJECT response. Currently the Analytics Report Server classifies the following as and Accept and provides no additional data regarding that response.

The VMI Report drills down through each Response allowing us to see how often each feature is used, how long the calls to patients via the nurse call last, as well as monitor staff using the feature. All these benefits allow us the educate in a proactive manner and provide better more efficient care to our patients.
