This is a great idea, however there are many considerations for allowing proper control of this feature to avoid alert/notification fatigue as well as PHI concerns. For these reasons and others, this is not on the roadmap for VCS but is something we are exploring as a potential enhancement to future apps while considering the challenges it poses.
