Ability to filter/tggle list of users in a Group between All and Available. Users have this request to reduce scrolling within a group when viewing who is available

Group online contacts together at the top of the list Merged

In the VCS app, it would be useful if users who were online were grouped together at the top of the list, with DND etc below, and offline at the bottom
