This idea has been merged into another idea. To comment or vote on this idea, please visit VCS-I-167 Ability to filter/tggle list of users in a Group between All and Available. Users have this request to reduce scrolling within a group when viewing who is available.
In the VCS app, it would be useful if users who were online were grouped together at the top of the list, with DND etc below, and offline at the bottom

This is not on the roadmap for VCS but is something we are exploring as an overall enhanced user UI experience in future apps.
