Differentiation of lock screen notifications between messages and clinical alerts

We want to be able to selectively show lock screen notifications for only the Clinical Alerts sent from our Engage Integration.

Use case:

We have nurses that are really busy and assigned to multiple rooms. When a clinical notification comes in, they want to see a quick summary and notification text so that they don't have to tap into the phone and open up the app. While it is important to have this, we also want to differentiate between these kinds of notifications and normal text messages received. We do not want text message text to be shown on the lock screen. We want the ability to set this up server-side for all users as well.

With Engage, we have the ability to label all alert/alarm notifications, so it is possible to differentiate or 'tag' clinicals with a consistent subject for this scenario. However, there is no mechanism to toggle off text messages showing up. We are exploring this feature in our future app ecosystem as there are several considerations to ensure this feature has proper control/visibility and is not affecting users who want the default behavior. This is not on the roadmap for VCS but is something we are exploring as an overall enhanced user experience in future apps.
