Since we are able to integrate a users profile picture from active directory to display when receiving a call using VCS we would like it so that the users "Title" displays as well. This information already shows under the user profiles and is integrated from active directory.
Sometimes users call groups or other users, and the recipient is unfamilar with who the caller may be. Including their title would be largely beneficial in identifying the role that is currently calling.
