In case Dr A incorrectly signs out to Dr B PLUS Dr A is unable to be reached (plane, phone off, logged out), this would allow users with admin rights to rectify the issue immediately instead of waiting for Dr A to return.
I would imagine this customer and others would want the ability to initiate this feature from mobile to avoid having to log into the web console. My thought is it could be a permission based feature to allow admin level users to end coverage. There are some UI challenges likely to allow the admin user to see/cancel exisitng coverages as I dont believe this view exists today. Adding this as a potential future enhancement to Vina and will mention on future app roadmap, however, coverage feature does not exist yet on next gen app roadmap.

Suggest implementing this as an integration with an existing operator console solution such as Amtelco's OneCall. Movint to adp lane
