We just went live in some new units and a Bath Emergency alert was pressed. The devices enunciate "Bath Emergency" but some users though it sounded too closely to "Staff Emergency" and caused some users to panic. The users suggested maybe having the enunciation change to Bathroom Emergency so that there is a clear difference.

New "Bathroom Emergency" ringtone will be available with next release of Vina (10.4). This will also require server version to be platform 6.6.3 or Engage 7.4. Customers who want to use the new ringtone will need to adjust the configuration on the existing rules to point to the new ringtone.
