When adjusting a group from "Ordinary" to "Department" in Voice, the historical data no longer shows in the Analytics Broadcasts Report. The department now shows in the dropdown menu, but there is no data associated with it. All the data associated to this previously "Ordinary" group should be shown in this report when the group is adjusted to a "Department" in Voice. This data is currently reportable in VRS and needs to be in Analytics before VRS is end of life.
