VCS Contacts Availability

Idea:  Using Dynamic Groups that Remove Users on Logout:  allow call from Contact List and follow fowarding when no one is logged into the group

Currenlty: in VCS App - When the group does not contain any users; however, the group has a forwarding on unanswered - can not call the group; nor, will it follow the forwarding when calling from the contact list.
When calling the group from the Genie - the call will follow the forwarding without issue
