Vocera Vina "away" message when selecting Unavailable

Is there a way to optimize the forward function when a nurse uses "med pass" or "isolation room" to state such in the message where it says the person is unavailable? The calls get re-routed and staff can not determine the reason for not answering and it causes delays in triaging needs.
