If a message requesting acknowledgement is sent but not acknowledged, then multiple messages come in, the counter still says that there is an unread message/unacknowledged, but very difficult to find that unacknowledged message. would mean that the person has to scroll and look through every single message to find that unacknowledged message. Requires workflow discussion with Vocera.
