In a hospital setting there are times when an individual who is not wearig a badge needs to call someone who is and is in DND necessitating the use the urgent call command. Unfortunatly this only works to call a group. There is mention of using a code for the urgent group call ( 666 ) plus the groups extension. To Urgent call an individual, it would be nice to also have a code like say 999 and then state the persons name.
