Need a trend report for speech recognition

There needs to be a Trend report for Speech Recognition. Currently the only way to do this is to create a Speech Rec report manually for each month and then build a matrix manually. Please create a Trend report for Speech Rec.

Create batteries with replaceable clips

As b3000 batteries age the clip on the battery wears out faster than the battery itself. If it was possible to replace the clip instead of the entire battery we'd get more life out of them.
