phone logs show required setting status

There are required settings on phones for the VCS app to run correctly, or work as expected. When we troubleshoot issues and pull phone logs, I would like to be able to see the status of those settings on their VCS phone in those phone logs.

    That is not what we find when looking at logs. Support has also had many times when the information is not written in to the phone logs.

    We have opened multiple cases at our site where the permissions are not documented in the phone logs.

    The VCS app logs should contain the settings for the required permissions.
