VCS Lock screen Notifications

Parkview Health has requested that when on VCS, the phone is locked and a call or message (or several) come through that the end-user could see a summary on the lock screen for the missed notifications.

      Notification behavior is controlled by the OS (iOS or Android) and not something VCS can change.
