Create telephony paging option in VCS interface for Voice users
In the current product, Voice users can initiate a telephony page by using the "Page" command.
The command can be spoken by badge users or VCS users.
This request is to add a feature in VCS to be able to tap a contact to page the contact and have the user's callback number(s) (same as the Voice command feature) sent to a telephony pager device.
