Currently a user cannot see a missed call if it was forwarded as unanswered. Our nursing users who are busy cannot answer the call and then try to see who tried to call them but have no log since the call was forwarded to their main unit.
In comparison if the caller hung up before the call was forwarded, then there is a log for the user. This should be the case for unanswered forwarded calls as well.
