2 scenarios to consider. 1) User recives alert, then phone dies/reboots and comes back up before the previousl alerts TTL is reached. I will test this scenario but I believe we will re-alert the user in this case. 2) Phone battery dies/reboots then an alert comes in when the device is offline. In this case, the Engage rules engine will check the users presence before sending, this users presence would be offline/unavailable and would skip to the next available caregiver in the escalation chain if noone else is available to receive in call stop 1. I dont think we would want to add in functionality to realert the nurse in scenario 2 as the alert has already bypassed them and re-alerting back to call stop 1 would only add to confusion.

After local testing, scenario #1 above does auto-login (assuming auto logout TTL has not been expired) and re-alert a user when the alert is still active and TTL has not expired, even if the user has clicked 'View' before the phone reboots. This is what the enhancement is requesting, and it does exists as described.
